
This project involves the specialized seismic bracing installation for the magnesium-aluminum light alloy automotive parts manufacturing facility (with an annual capacity of 2 million units) owned by Zhejiang Ganshi New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. In strict accordance with the *Code for Seismic Design of Building Mechanical and Electrical Engineering* (GB50981-2014) and industry standards for automotive component manufacturing, comprehensive seismic reinforcement is being implemented for the electromechanical systems and process piping across production zones—including casting, machining, and assembly—as well as supporting facilities.
The project scope encompasses piping for melting furnaces and die-casting equipment, cooling water circulation systems, compressed air and vacuum lines, dust and exhaust treatment ductwork, hydraulic and lubrication systems, cable trays for high/low-voltage power distribution and control, and fire protection systems. Through professional seismic analysis and detailed design tailored to high-temperature and high-vibration environments, specialized seismic support systems—featuring high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and fatigue resistance—are being provided and installed to standardized specifications. These measures ensure the stability of all piping and equipment under dynamic production loads and seismic events, preventing production interruptions, equipment damage, media leakage, or safety incidents caused by displacement or detachment, thereby safeguarding the continuity, precision, and operational safety of large-scale light alloy automotive parts manufacturing.
