
This project involves the specialized seismic bracing installation for the new energy vehicle (NEV) component expansion project of Zhejiang Futian Technology Co., Ltd. In strict accordance with the *Code for Seismic Design of Building Mechanical and Electrical Engineering* (GB50981-2014) and industry standards for NEV manufacturing, comprehensive seismic reinforcement is being implemented for the electromechanical systems and critical process piping within the expanded facility.
The project scope encompasses electric drive systems, specialized piping for battery pack production lines, compressed air systems, cooling circulation piping, high- and low-voltage power distribution cable trays, automation control lines, exhaust treatment ductwork, and fire sprinkler systems. Through professional seismic analysis and detailed design tailored to production processes, the project delivers high-load, vibration-resistant, custom seismic support systems. Standardized installation ensures structural stability for all piping and equipment under seismic events and continuous operational vibrations, thereby preventing production interruptions, equipment damage, media leakage, or safety incidents caused by displacement or detachment, and safeguarding the continuity, manufacturing precision, and operational safety of the expanded production capacity for core NEV components.
