
The 90° angle connector, commonly referred to as L-type right-angle connector or 90° angle bracket, is a core connecting fitting for prefabricated seismic supports and factory-finished hangers & supports. It serves for vertical 90° connection of two C-channel steel sections, enabling right-angle assembly among support uprights, cross arms and diagonal braces. No on-site welding is required; connection is completed by mechanical bolt assembly, complying with the load-bearing requirements of electromechanical seismic codes.

Matching components: M12 bolts, spring nuts, flat washers and spring lock washers;
Installation torque: Normally 4~8N·m (to be implemented in accordance with test reports);
Reinforced 8-hole type is preferred for critical seismic joints; non-standard thin-gauge angle brackets are prohibited;
All load-bearing connections shall be fully tightened without loose joints.

Plate Thickness: 4mm, 5mm, 6mm (fittings for seismic systems normally ≥4mm)
