
This project involves the installation of seismic bracing for a newly constructed, mixed-use commercial bus terminal. In accordance with relevant national standards—such as the *Code for Seismic Design of Building Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Systems* (GB50981-2014)—comprehensive seismic design and reinforcement measures are being implemented for all critical mechanical and electrical (M&E) piping and conduit systems within the facility.
The scope of work encompasses seismic support systems for fire sprinkler networks, water supply and drainage, HVAC, power and low-voltage cable trays, emergency lighting, and communication conduits. Through detailed engineering design, the use of code-compliant seismic components, and professional installation, the project ensures the stability of M&E systems and equipment during seismic events, thereby preventing damage, functional failure, or secondary hazards caused by swaying, displacement, or detachment. These measures aim to safeguard the terminal's operational safety and rapid recovery capabilities during emergencies, ultimately enhancing the seismic resilience of public infrastructure.
