This project involves the installation of seismic bracing systems for the JT-22-002 plot (Unit SJP00106, Plot 22-01) within the Jiuting Town Industrial Zone, Songjiang District. The primary objective is to provide comprehensive seismic support solutions for the various electromechanical systems serving the site's planned structures—such as factory buildings, R&D facilities, and supporting amenities—in strict accordance with mandatory national standards, including the *Code for Seismic Design of Building Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Systems* (GB50981-2014).
The project scope encompasses seismic reinforcement for all critical electromechanical piping and equipment within the buildings, including water supply and drainage, fire sprinkler systems, HVAC, electrical cable trays, and process piping. Through professional detailed design, the selection of compliant, high-quality seismic bracing products, and standardized installation, the project ensures the stability of electromechanical systems during seismic events. This prevents secondary hazards caused by the displacement or detachment of piping and equipment, thereby safeguarding the building's overall safety and functionality while meeting seismic fortification requirements for industrial architecture.
