T1 Building of Guoxin Financial Center in Laoshan District, Qingdao City (Project)

The T1 building project of Guoxin Financial Center in Laoshan District, Qingdao City, as a regional landmark super high-rise building, has fully implemented high-standard seismic safety design in its mechanical and electrical system engineering. The project strictly followed the "Seismic Design Code for Building Mechanical and Electrical Engineering" (GB 50981) and related design standards. For the key mechanical and electrical pipeline systems such as HVAC, water supply and drainage, fire sprinkler, power distribution, and intelligentization within the building, systematic seismic support and hanger design and professional construction were carried out. 


By adopting high-quality seismic support products and standardized installation techniques, this project effectively restricted the displacement and vibration of the mechanical and electrical pipelines under the influence of earthquakes, preventing secondary disasters (such as water leakage, electrical leakage, and fires) caused by pipeline rupture or equipment detachment. Thus, it ensured the safety and continuous operation of the core mechanical and electrical systems of the entire building. This measure not only significantly enhanced the seismic fortification level and comprehensive disaster prevention capability of the building, but also provided a solid guarantee for the stability of the core functions and the safety of personnel in the financial center. It fully demonstrates the modern super-tall buildings' high regard for life safety and property protection.
