Smart optical storage and charging system mass production base project

This project involves the specialized seismic bracing installation for the mass production base of an intelligent PV-storage-charging system. In strict accordance with the *Code for Seismic Design of Building Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Systems* (GB50981-2014) and high standards for new energy equipment manufacturing, comprehensive seismic reinforcement is being implemented for the precision production lines and the electromechanical equipment of the energy systems within the facility.


The project scope encompasses the supporting piping and cabling for energy storage battery module production lines, PV inverter assembly lines, and charging pile testing platforms, as well as the plant-wide energy management system (including PV mounting base connections, piping for energy storage containers, and cable trays for power distribution and control systems). Through professional seismic analysis and designs tailored to the precision manufacturing environment, the project delivers highly stable, vibration-resistant, and customized seismic support systems. High-precision installation ensures that all equipment and piping remain secure under operational vibration and seismic forces, preventing issues such as loss of equipment precision, electrical short circuits, fluid leakage, or production interruptions caused by displacement, thereby safeguarding the continuity, safety, and product consistency of critical new energy equipment manufacturing.
