This project involves the specialized installation of seismic bracing systems for the Wuxi Huafa Health and Wellness Center. Comprehensive seismic reinforcement of the facility's electromechanical systems—spanning residential, care, medical, and public areas—is being executed in strict accordance with the *Code for Seismic Design of Building Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Systems* (GB50981-2014) and relevant safety standards for elderly care and medical facilities.
The project scope encompasses age-friendly plumbing and drainage, accessible bathroom piping, medical gas and emergency call systems, HVAC, fire sprinkler and emergency lighting systems, power and low-voltage cable trays, and conduits for intelligent monitoring equipment. Through professional seismic analysis and detailed design tailored to elderly care environments, the project delivers a safe, reliable, and unobtrusive seismic support system. Precision, human-centric installation ensures the stability of all piping and equipment during seismic events or other emergencies, preventing system failures, secondary injuries, or evacuation obstructions caused by displacement or detachment.
