This project focuses on the seismic bracing systems for the resettlement housing (affordable housing) at Plot E of Xieli Garden. In accordance with the *Code for Seismic Design of Building Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Systems* (GB50981-2014) and relevant affordable housing construction standards, comprehensive seismic reinforcement is being implemented for the mechanical and electrical piping and conduit systems within the residential buildings.
The scope of work encompasses key systems such as fire sprinkler networks, water supply and drainage piping, ventilation and smoke control facilities, cable trays for power and low-voltage systems, emergency lighting in public areas, and communication conduits. Through professional seismic analysis and detailed engineering design, a safe and reliable seismic support system is provided. Standardized installation ensures the structural integrity and stability of all piping and equipment during seismic events, effectively preventing system failures, secondary disasters, and safety hazards caused by displacement or detachment. This initiative safeguards the lives and property of residents and enhances the overall seismic resilience and safety of this housing project.
