
This project involves the specialized seismic bracing installation for the Babi Food Intelligent Manufacturing and International R&D Center for Functional Pasta Products. Comprehensive seismic reinforcement of the electromechanical systems serving the intelligent manufacturing lines and R&D zones is being executed in strict accordance with the *Code for Seismic Design of Building Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Systems* (GB50981-2014) and the rigorous standards required for clean facilities in the food industry.
The scope of work encompasses food-grade piping (e.g., for purified water, steam, and material transport), clean-room HVAC systems, process exhaust ductwork, utility connections for automated equipment, cable trays for power and control systems, and fire protection and sanitary wash-down systems. Through professional seismic analysis and detailed design tailored to the food-grade clean environment, specialized corrosion-resistant and easy-to-clean seismic support systems are being provided. Precision, dust-free installation techniques ensure the high stability of all piping and equipment during operational vibration and seismic events, thereby preventing contamination, loss of equipment precision, production interruptions, or food safety risks caused by displacement, and safeguarding the continuity, hygiene, safety, and process reliability of the intelligent manufacturing and R&D operations.
