This project involves the installation of specialized seismic bracing systems for the "Annual Production Line and Factory Building Project for 80,000 Outboard Motors" (Wuyi Henghai Tools Co., Ltd.) and the "Factory Building No. 5 Project" (Jianghua Xi Industry and Trade Co., Ltd.). In accordance with the *Code for Seismic Design of Building Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Systems* (GB50981-2014) and relevant industrial facility standards, comprehensive seismic reinforcement is being implemented for the electromechanical systems and critical process piping associated with the production lines at both sites.
The scope of work encompasses power distribution systems, compressed air piping, hydraulic and lubrication lines, cooling water circulation systems, exhaust treatment ductwork, fire sprinkler systems, and cable trays for lighting and automation controls. Through professional seismic analysis and detailed design tailored to the specific production lines, high-load, fatigue-resistant industrial-grade seismic support systems are being provided and installed to standardized specifications. These measures ensure structural stability for all piping and equipment during seismic events or continuous operational vibrations, preventing production interruptions, equipment damage, fluid leakage, or safety incidents caused by displacement or detachment, thereby safeguarding production continuity, facility safety, and operational stability for both manufacturing projects.
