This project involves the specialized seismic bracing installation for the M2 facility of Hefei Qizhong Technology Co., Ltd. In accordance with the *Code for Seismic Design of Building Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Systems* (GB50981-2014) and the rigorous standards of the semiconductor industry, comprehensive seismic reinforcement is being implemented for the precision electromechanical systems and critical process piping serving the facility's assembly and testing production lines.
The project scope encompasses cleanroom HVAC ductwork (MAU/FFU), high-purity process gas and chemical delivery piping, ultrapure water systems, vacuum and exhaust lines, electrical and automation cable trays, supports for vibration-sensitive equipment, and fire protection and emergency system piping. Utilizing professional seismic analysis and detailed micro-vibration control designs, the project delivers highly stable, corrosion-resistant, specialized seismic support systems. These systems undergo high-precision, clean-room-compliant installation to ensure the stability of all piping and equipment against seismic events and operational vibrations. This prevents process contamination, loss of equipment precision, production interruptions, or hazardous leaks caused by displacement or vibration, thereby guaranteeing the cleanliness, safety, and continuous, stable operation of the semiconductor assembly and testing processes.
