This project involves the specialized installation of seismic bracing systems for Workshops 31 and 32 at Suzhou Zhongjie Automotive Parts Co., Ltd. In accordance with the *Code for Seismic Design of Building Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Systems* (GB50981-2014) and automotive industry standards, comprehensive seismic reinforcement is being implemented for the electromechanical systems and critical process piping supporting the production lines within the workshops.
The project scope encompasses power distribution cable trays, compressed air piping, cooling water circulation systems, fluid supply lines, exhaust treatment ductwork, fire protection systems, automation equipment connections, and workshop lighting systems. Through professional seismic analysis and detailed design tailored to the production line layout, high-load, fatigue-resistant seismic support systems are provided and installed to standardized specifications. These measures ensure structural stability for all piping and equipment during seismic events or operational vibrations, preventing production interruptions, equipment damage, media leakage, or safety incidents caused by displacement or detachment, thereby safeguarding the continuity, safety, and stability of the automotive parts manufacturing process.
