
This project involves the specialized seismic support installation for a facility producing high-end, specialized aerospace material components with an annual output of 10,000 tons. In strict accordance with the *Code for Seismic Design of Building Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Systems* (GB50981-2014) and the rigorous standards of the aerospace industry, comprehensive seismic reinforcement is being implemented for critical process systems and precision electromechanical equipment within the production plant.
The scope of work encompasses piping associated with specialized smelting, casting, and heat treatment equipment; high-purity gas and vacuum system piping; cooling water circulation systems; compressed air networks; cable trays for precision electrical and automation systems; fire protection systems; and HVAC piping. Through professional seismic structural analysis and meticulous detailed design, the project delivers custom-engineered, high-load, and heat/corrosion-resistant seismic support and suspension systems. Precision installation ensures the stability of all piping and equipment under dynamic production loads and potential vibrations, thereby preventing process parameter deviations, equipment damage, production interruptions, or safety hazards caused by displacement or vibration. This guarantees the continuity, consistency, and safety of high-end material production, meeting the stringent quality requirements for aerospace-grade products.
