This project involves the specialized seismic support system installation for a smart medical device manufacturing facility. In strict accordance with the *Code for Seismic Design of Building Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Systems* (GB50981-2014) and the high standards of the medical device industry, comprehensive seismic reinforcement is implemented for the facility's precision electromechanical systems and critical process piping.


The project scope encompasses HVAC ductwork for cleanrooms, specialty process gas piping, purified water and water-for-injection systems, automated production line utilities, electrical and control cable trays, fire protection systems, and auxiliary piping for large-scale testing equipment. Through professional seismic analysis and detailed engineering design, highly stable and corrosion-resistant seismic support systems are provided. Installation is executed with precision and cleanroom-compliant protocols to ensure the absolute stability of all piping and equipment—even under seismic events or operational vibrations—thereby preventing equipment misalignment, production contamination, operational downtime, or safety incidents caused by displacement or detachment. This ensures a consistently safe, clean, and reliable production environment that meets rigorous industry regulatory standards and quality system certification requirements.
