Project with an annual output of 3 billion tablets (or sachets) of high-end solid dosage forms

Update:Jan 03,2026

This project involves the specialized seismic bracing installation for a facility with an annual production capacity of 3 billion units (tablets/sachets) of high-end solid dosage forms. Comprehensive seismic reinforcement is being implemented for critical electromechanical systems and process piping within the production workshops, in strict accordance with the *Code for Seismic Design of Building Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Systems* (GB50981-2014) and the high standards mandated by pharmaceutical GMP regulations.

The scope of work encompasses HVAC ductwork in cleanrooms, process water systems (purified water/water for injection), process gas piping, interconnecting piping for pharmaceutical equipment, fire protection systems, electrical and automation cable trays, and exhaust treatment piping. Through professional seismic structural analysis and designs tailored to cleanroom environments, high-standard, corrosion-resistant seismic support and bracing systems are being installed with precision. This ensures the high stability of all piping and equipment during dynamic operation and seismic events, preventing media leakage, cross-contamination, production interruptions, or equipment damage caused by vibration or displacement. These measures safeguard the safety, cleanliness, and continuity of the entire pharmaceutical production process, meeting rigorous industry regulatory and quality system certification requirements.
