This project entails the specialized design of seismic bracing systems for the electromechanical installations at the Xiangtai Woolen Textile Factory. The design strictly adheres to relevant standards, including the *Code for Seismic Design of Building Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Systems* (GB50981-2014) and the *Code for Fire Protection Design of Textile Engineering* (GB50565). Addressing the specific characteristics of textile factory facilities—such as large spans and complex piping networks—the project involves comprehensive seismic analysis and design for critical electromechanical systems in the production area. These systems include HVAC and humidification piping, dust extraction ductwork, compressed air systems, steam piping, fire protection systems, and cable trays for lighting and power. Through professional mechanical analysis and strategic placement of supports, appropriate seismic bracing systems are employed to ensure stable connections for all pipelines and conduits under design-basis seismic loads. These measures effectively limit displacement and vibration, preventing secondary hazards such as pipe ruptures, ductwork detachment, and electrical short circuits; this safeguards production equipment, mitigates fire risks, maintains operational continuity and structural integrity, and meets the high-standard disaster prevention requirements of modern textile factories.
