
This project entails the specialized design of seismic bracing systems for electromechanical installations at Plot XQ-21-003 (Unit SJC10031, Lot 18-08B) in the Xinqiao Town Industrial Zone, Songjiang District. Adhering strictly to the *Code for Seismic Design of Building Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Systems* (GB50981-2014) and relevant Shanghai local standards, the design conducts proactive seismic analysis and planning for the electromechanical piping and conduit systems—including plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, process piping, electrical, and intelligent systems—serving the high-standard industrial plants, R&D centers, and supporting facilities planned for the site. By employing modular, standardized seismic support solutions and integrating BIM technology for the comprehensive optimization of utility routing, the design ensures efficient coordination between the seismic systems, the building structure, and the operational layout. The project aims to comprehensively enhance the seismic resilience of the park's electromechanical systems, effectively preventing production interruptions, equipment damage, and secondary hazards caused by pipeline ruptures or collapses during earthquakes, thereby providing a core technical safeguard for a safe, reliable, and modern industrial park.
