This project entails the specialized design of electromechanical seismic bracing systems for Zhejiang Ganshi New Material Technology Co., Ltd.’s "Annual Production of 2 Million Sets of Magnesium-Aluminum Light Alloy Automotive Parts" facility. The design strictly adheres to relevant standards, including the *Code for Seismic Design of Building Electromechanical Engineering* (GB50981-2014) and the *Code for Design of Structures of Machinery Industry Plants* (GB50906). Addressing the complex electromechanical environments of large-scale production workshops—which house die-casting, machining, and surface treatment operations—the project involves systematic seismic analysis and reinforcement for critical production and safety infrastructure. This includes cooling pipelines for high-pressure die-casting machines, compressed air systems, gas pipelines for smelting furnaces, ventilation and dust removal systems, large-scale electrical utility corridors, and fire protection piping. Through precision seismic layout planning, node design, and the selection of high-load seismic components, the design ensures structural integrity and functional continuity of all utility lines during strong earthquakes. This effectively mitigates severe risks—such as production stoppages, major equipment damage, gas leaks, and fires—thereby providing a robust, round-the-clock safety guarantee for large-scale, automated precision manufacturing.
