
This project involves the specialized installation of seismic bracing systems for the Rehabilitation Medical Center of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Xishan District, Wuxi City. Comprehensive seismic reinforcement is being implemented for the center's various electromechanical systems in strict accordance with the *Code for Seismic Design of Building Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Systems* (GB50981-2014) and high-standard seismic fortification requirements for medical facilities.
The project scope encompasses electromechanical piping and cabling across functional areas such as rehabilitation treatment zones, inpatient wards, and hydrotherapy rooms. Systems included are medical gas pipelines, water supply and drainage (including specialized hydrotherapy systems), HVAC, fire protection, power and low-voltage systems, dedicated medical equipment lines, and utility lines for accessibility facilities. Through professional seismic analysis and detailed design tailored to medical operational workflows, the project delivers safe, reliable seismic bracing and support systems. Precision installation ensures the stability of all piping and equipment during seismic events or other emergencies, preventing system failures, secondary injuries, or the breakdown of rehabilitation facilities caused by displacement or detachment. These measures safeguard patients and medical staff, ensure the continuity of rehabilitation services, and enhance the specialized medical institution's overall disaster resilience.
