This project involves the specialized seismic bracing installation for the High-end CNC Intelligent Manufacturing R&D Base—a key initiative for industrial restructuring and high-quality development in the Bowang High-tech Zone, Ma'anshan City. In strict accordance with the *Code for Seismic Design of Building Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Systems* (GB50981-2014) and industry standards for high-precision manufacturing, comprehensive seismic reinforcement is being implemented for critical electromechanical systems and process piping throughout the R&D base.
The project scope encompasses precision air conditioning systems, process cooling water piping, compressed air and vacuum networks, dedicated power distribution cable trays for CNC equipment, oil mist exhaust ducts, fire protection systems, and data communication lines across the R&D center, pilot production workshops, and manufacturing areas. Through professional seismic analysis and detailed micro-vibration control design, the project delivers highly stable, fatigue-resistant, and customized seismic support systems. High-precision installation ensures structural stability for all piping and equipment under operational vibration and seismic loads, preventing issues such as loss of equipment precision, production interruptions, media leakage, or safety incidents caused by displacement or vibration. This safeguards the continuity, accuracy, and environmental safety of high-end CNC equipment R&D and pilot production, providing a reliable foundation for industrial upgrading.
