Sangtian Science Island Sci-Tech Innovation Center Project – Specialized Interior Process Systems for Laboratories (Phase I) – East Zone

Update:Jan 03,2026

This project involves the seismic support system installation for the laboratory process infrastructure (Phase I) in the eastern zone of the Sangtian Science Island Sci-Tech Innovation Center. In strict accordance with the *Code for Seismic Design of Building Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Systems* (GB50981-2014) and construction standards for high-grade laboratories, comprehensive seismic reinforcement is implemented for the laboratories' core process systems and associated electromechanical piping.

The project scope encompasses specialty gas piping, high-purity chemical delivery systems, laboratory wastewater drainage lines, exhaust ducts for fume hoods and waste gas treatment, clean-room HVAC ductwork, support structures for precision instruments, and associated cable trays for electrical and automatic control systems. Through professional seismic analysis and detailed micro-vibration control design, the project delivers highly stable, corrosion-resistant, custom-engineered seismic support and suspension systems. Precision, contamination-free installation ensures the stability of all process piping and equipment under dynamic experimental conditions and seismic events, preventing media leakage, cross-contamination, loss of instrument precision, or safety incidents caused by displacement or vibration, thereby safeguarding the continuity of high-end scientific research, data reliability, and laboratory safety.
