This project involves the specialized design of seismic support systems for mechanical and electrical (M&E) services at Plots 13-01 and 13-03, located north of Qingzhao Road in Yingpu Subdistrict, Qingpu District. The design focuses on an integrated approach that coordinates seismic support installation with fire-resistant encasement works. Adhering strictly to mandatory national standards—such as the *Code for Seismic Design of Building Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Systems* (GB50981-2014) and the *Code for Fire Protection Design of Buildings* (GB50016-2014)—the design addresses the coordination of protective measures where M&E pipelines penetrate critical fire-separation elements like firewalls and floor slabs. Through meticulous design and calculation, the installation of seismic supports is seamlessly integrated with fire-stopping and fire-encasement systems to ensure mutual compatibility; this approach satisfies the safety displacement requirements for pipeline systems under seismic conditions while fully maintaining the fire-resistance rating of the building's fire-separation barriers. Ultimately, this design establishes a comprehensive "seismic-fire" integrated protection system, providing reliable dual assurance for the project's overall fire and seismic safety.
