The R23007 plot project strictly adheres to mandatory national standards, such as the *Code for Seismic Design of Building Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Systems* (GB 50981-2014), treating seismic design for mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems as a crucial element in ensuring building safety and functional integrity. Seismic support systems—developed through professional structural analysis and detailed design—have been comprehensively deployed across all key M&E pipeline systems, including fire sprinkler networks, smoke control and exhaust systems, HVAC, plumbing and drainage, and cable trays (for both power and low-voltage systems).


Utilizing high-quality seismic components and reliable connection methods, the system securely anchors the pipeline networks to the building's primary structure, creating a unified, seismically resilient assembly. Its primary function is to effectively restrain the horizontal and vertical displacement of pipeline facilities during an earthquake and to absorb and dissipate seismic energy. This prevents severe secondary hazards—such as ruptured pipes, detached air ducts, or collapsed cable trays—thereby safeguarding lives and property. Furthermore, it ensures the continued functionality of critical "lifeline" systems, such as fire protection and emergency lighting, following a seismic event, thereby significantly enhancing the building's overall seismic resilience and post-disaster recovery capabilities.
