
This project involves the installation of seismic support systems for the piping and individual metering infrastructure within the Zhenjing Residential Complex's sales display area, aiming to ensure the safety and high-quality presentation of the electromechanical facilities in this key zone. The work strictly adheres to the *Code for Seismic Design of Building Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Systems* (GB 50981) and relevant residential infrastructure standards, incorporating comprehensive seismic reinforcement designs for main water supply and drainage piping, fire sprinkler systems, individual metering lines, and piping for temporary display facilities. By installing specialized seismic supports and lateral bracing, the project ensures the structural stability and operational continuity of all piping (DN65 and larger) and critical equipment during seismic events, effectively preventing leaks, electrical hazards, and secondary safety incidents caused by pipeline damage. Precision workmanship and high-quality materials are employed to balance seismic safety with aesthetic requirements, providing a reliable foundation for safety demonstration and long-term operation, while effectively safeguarding the customer experience and brand image.
