This project involves the seismic bracing system installation for the real estate development on Plots 6A and 6B, located south of Chengjiang Road. It aims to comprehensively enhance the seismic resilience of the electromechanical systems within the residential and supporting commercial buildings, thereby ensuring the long-term safety of residents and users. The design strictly adheres to the *Code for Seismic Design of Building Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Systems* (GB 50981) and relevant green building standards, incorporating detailed seismic support designs for various systems—including water supply and drainage, fire sprinkler networks, ventilation and smoke exhaust, electrical systems, low-voltage/smart systems, and new energy vehicle charging infrastructure. By utilizing high-quality seismic bracing products and standardized installation procedures, the project ensures the structural stability and functional continuity of all utility systems during seismic events. This effectively mitigates the risk of secondary disasters—such as pipe ruptures, circuit failures, or equipment detachment—creating a safe, reliable, and modern living environment while safeguarding lives, property, and social stability.
