This project involves the installation of seismic bracing systems for Phase I of the Mingling Town urban renewal initiative, aiming to comprehensively enhance the seismic safety of building MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) systems and the town's disaster resilience following the renovation of the older urban area. The project strictly adheres to the *Code for Seismic Design of Building Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Systems* (GB 50981) and relevant urban renewal standards. It entails detailed seismic support design and standardized installation for critical systems—including water supply and drainage, fire sprinkler networks, ventilation and smoke control, as well as electrical and smart system cabling—across both newly constructed and renovated buildings (comprising residential, commercial, and public service facilities). By utilizing high-performance seismic bracing products and precision installation techniques, the project ensures structural stability and operational continuity for all utility lines during seismic events. This effectively mitigates secondary hazards caused by pipeline failure—such as water leakage, power outages, fires, and the obstruction of evacuation routes—thereby providing a robust guarantee of public safety for the revitalized neighborhood and tangibly improving the town's overall disaster resilience and the quality of life for its residents.
