This project involves the seismic bracing system for the Hongfa New Era Commercial Plaza, aiming to comprehensively enhance the seismic resilience of the large-scale commercial complex's electromechanical systems and ensure public safety in a high-occupancy venue. The design strictly adheres to the *Code for Seismic Design of Building Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Systems* (GB 50981) and relevant commercial building standards, incorporating detailed seismic support designs for critical systems—including plumbing and drainage, fire sprinkler networks, ventilation and smoke exhaust systems, central air conditioning, and electrical and intelligent utility lines. By utilizing certified, high-performance seismic bracing products and standardized installation techniques, the project ensures the structural stability and functional continuity of all utility systems during seismic events. This effectively mitigates secondary hazards—such as fires, water leaks, power outages, and the obstruction of evacuation routes—caused by ruptured pipes, dislodged equipment, or severed lines. Ultimately, the project safeguards the complex's emergency evacuation capabilities and the operation of critical facilities, creating a safe and reliable commercial environment for consumers and tenants alike.
