
The O-type pipe clamp is a special pipe hoop for seismic supports. It is mainly adopted for longitudinal seismic bracing of single pipelines. Combined with seismic diagonal braces and C-channel hang rods, it fixes fire protection, water supply & drainage and HVAC pipelines. It restrains axial displacement of pipelines during earthquakes. Equipped with rubber lining, it reduces vibration and noise and protects the outer surface of pipes.
O-type pipe clamp: Full circular enclosure for longitudinal seismic bracing (diagonal braces parallel to pipes). It provides even clamping force and suits conventional water pipelines of DN50 ~ DN300.
U-type pipe clamp: Semi-open U shape for lateral seismic bracing (diagonal braces perpendicular to pipes), mostly used for lateral bracing of small-diameter single pipes.
Omega pipe clamp: Consists of two semicircular parts, specially used for portal multi-pipe supports.
Pipe clamp body: Two symmetrical stamped semicircular steel plates forming a complete ring after closure.
EPDM rubber lining: Anti-slip, vibration-damping, insulating and anti-corrosion on inner side, eliminating noise caused by water flow vibration.
Double-side fastening bolts: Grade 4.8 carbon steel bolts for bidirectional locking, achieving balanced stress without pipe deformation.
Top connecting lugs: For connecting seismic hinges, hang rods and longitudinal diagonal braces, compatible with the complete seismic support system.
Main steel material: Q235B carbon steel (national standard mainstream); 304 stainless steel is optional for corrosive environments.
Electro-galvanizing: For indoor ordinary fire protection and water supply & drainage projects with low cost.
Hot-dip galvanizing: For utility tunnels, humid basements and outdoor locations with superior corrosion resistance.
Rubber gasket: EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer), featuring resistance to high & low temperature, water and aging.
