This project involves the seismic bracing scope for the expansion of the new energy vehicle (NEV) component production base owned by Inovance New Energy Vehicle Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. Comprehensive seismic reinforcement is being implemented for the electromechanical systems supporting the production lines in the expanded area, in strict accordance with the *Code for Seismic Design of Building Mechanical and Electrical Engineering* (GB50981-2014) and industry standards for NEV manufacturing.
The project scope encompasses specialized piping and cabling for power battery pack and electric drive production lines, compressed air systems, cooling water circulation piping, fire protection and sprinkler systems, high- and low-voltage power distribution cable trays, automation control lines, exhaust treatment ductwork, and energy monitoring lines. Through professional seismic analysis and detailed design tailored to production line processes, the project delivers high-load, vibration-resistant, and customized seismic support systems. Standardized installation ensures the structural stability of all piping and equipment during seismic events and operational vibrations, preventing production interruptions, equipment damage, media leakage, or safety accidents caused by displacement or detachment, thereby safeguarding the continuity, safety, and manufacturing quality of the expanded production capacity for core NEV components.
