China Resources Natural Gas R&D Base Project

This project involves the specialized seismic bracing installation for the China Resources Natural Gas R&D Base. In strict accordance with the *Code for Seismic Design of Building Mechanical and Electrical Engineering* (GB50981-2014) and the rigorous standards required for energy and chemical R&D facilities, comprehensive seismic reinforcement is being implemented for the electromechanical systems and critical process piping across the laboratory building, pilot plant workshop, and analysis and testing center.


The project scope encompasses piping for natural gas process simulation units, specialty gas supply systems, fire protection and leak monitoring lines, ventilation and explosion-proof electrical cable trays, supports for precision instruments and equipment, data control center cabling, and emergency discharge facilities. Through professional seismic analysis and detailed design tailored to high-risk experimental environments, the project delivers specialized seismic support systems that are corrosion-resistant, leak-proof, and fatigue-resistant. High-precision, explosion-proof installation techniques ensure the stability of all piping and equipment under complex operating conditions and seismic events. This prevents gas leaks, equipment misalignment, experimental interruptions, or safety incidents caused by displacement or vibration, thereby safeguarding the continuity of energy R&D activities, data reliability, and inherent safety.
