This project involves the specialized seismic bracing installation for the solid dosage form production facility (with an annual capacity of 600 million units) of Ningbo Hetong Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd. In strict accordance with the *Code for Seismic Design of Building Mechanical and Electrical Engineering* (GB50981-2014) and high-standard pharmaceutical GMP requirements, comprehensive seismic reinforcement is being implemented for the electromechanical systems and critical process piping within the clean zones and auxiliary areas of the solid dosage workshop.
The scope of work encompasses cleanroom HVAC ductwork, purified water and water-for-injection systems, process compressed air and vacuum lines, material transfer piping, dust collection and exhaust systems, electrical and automation cable trays, and fire sprinkler systems. Through professional seismic analysis and designs adapted for vibration control in clean environments, the project utilizes specialized, corrosion-resistant, and easy-to-clean seismic support systems. Precision, dust-free installation techniques ensure the high stability of all piping and equipment during operation and seismic events, preventing cross-contamination, loss of equipment precision, production interruptions, or quality risks caused by displacement or vibration, thereby safeguarding the continuity, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance of large-scale solid dosage production.
