This project involves the specialized installation of seismic bracing systems for the Wenling Intime Hotel (Plot 108402). In strict accordance with the *Code for Seismic Design of Building Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Systems* (GB50981-2014) and relevant hotel construction standards, comprehensive seismic reinforcement is being implemented for the mechanical and electrical systems across various functional areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
The project scope encompasses fire protection systems, plumbing and drainage, HVAC, power and low-voltage systems, intelligent control systems, and specialized piping for kitchens and laundry facilities. Through professional seismic analysis and detailed engineering design, high-standard seismic bracing and support systems are being supplied and installed. These measures ensure the stability of all piping and equipment during seismic events, preventing system failures, secondary hazards (such as water leaks or electrical short circuits), and safety risks caused by displacement or detachment. This safeguards the continuous, safe operation of the hotel—a high-occupancy venue—and meets the rigorous facility reliability requirements of the premium hotel brand.
