This project involves the specialized installation of seismic bracing systems for the Taoxi Dream Commercial Plaza. In strict accordance with the *Code for Seismic Design of Building Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Systems* (GB50981-2014) and local construction standards, comprehensive seismic reinforcement is being implemented for the complex mechanical and electrical (M&E) piping and conduit systems across the mall's various functional zones—including retail, dining, entertainment, and parking areas.
The project scope encompasses fire sprinkler and hydrant systems, water supply and drainage, HVAC systems, cable trays (for both high- and low-voltage systems), emergency lighting, signage, and specialized piping for commercial kitchens. Through professional seismic structural analysis and detailed design, high-standard seismic bracing and suspension systems are being supplied and installed. These measures ensure the stability of all piping and equipment during seismic events, effectively preventing system failures and secondary hazards—such as water leakage or electrical accidents—caused by displacement or detachment. This safeguards operational safety and stability for the mall as a high-occupancy public venue and enhances the commercial complex's overall disaster resilience.
