
This project involves the specialized seismic bracing installation for Section 3 of a new 900,000-ton/year wheat processing facility. Comprehensive seismic reinforcement is being implemented for the electromechanical systems and process piping associated with the production lines in this section, in strict accordance with the *Code for Seismic Design of Building Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Systems* (GB50981-2014) and relevant industry standards for grain processing.
The scope of work encompasses process air ducts, dust collection systems, material conveying pipelines, power and control cable trays, fire sprinkler systems, compressed air piping, and equipment cooling lines across various stages—including raw material conveying, cleaning, milling, and sifting. Through professional seismic analysis and detailed design tailored to the specific production processes, the project delivers vibration-resistant and dust-accumulation-proof seismic support systems. Standardized installation ensures the stability of all piping and equipment under conditions of continuous operational vibration and seismic activity, thereby preventing production interruptions, equipment damage, dust leakage, or safety incidents caused by displacement or detachment, and upholding the continuity, safety, and hygiene standards of the large-scale grain processing operation.
