Development and Construction Project for Plot XDG-2022-89 (Olympic Sports Center Area)

Update:Jan 13,2026

This project entails the specialized seismic bracing installation for the XDG-2022-89 land parcel development (Olympic Sports Center). It involves comprehensive seismic reinforcement of the electromechanical systems within the Olympic sports venues and their ancillary facilities, strictly adhering to the *Code for Seismic Design of Building Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Systems* (GB50981-2014) and the high seismic fortification standards required for large-scale sports architecture.

The scope of work encompasses fire sprinkler systems, water supply and drainage, HVAC, power and low-voltage systems, lighting and display systems, specialized event equipment piping, emergency evacuation systems, and energy utility lines. Through professional seismic analysis and detailed design tailored to the venue's long-span spatial structures, the project delivers high-load, fatigue-resistant, and customized seismic support systems. Precision installation and system coordination ensure the stability of all piping and equipment against seismic forces and vibrations caused by crowd loads, thereby preventing system failures, secondary hazards, and evacuation risks resulting from displacement or detachment, and ultimately safeguarding the safe hosting of major sports events and public gatherings while ensuring robust emergency management capabilities.
