
This project involves the seismic bracing system installation for the resettlement housing development at Plot GJ2010-114#B. It aims to comprehensively enhance the seismic safety performance of the residential complex's electromechanical systems and bolster the disaster resilience of this public housing initiative. The design strictly adheres to the *Code for Seismic Design of Building Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Systems* (GB 50981) and relevant residential construction standards, incorporating detailed seismic support design and standardized installation for critical lifeline utility systems—including water supply and drainage, fire sprinkler networks, ventilation and smoke exhaust systems, as well as electrical and intelligent low-voltage systems. By utilizing compliant and reliable seismic bracing products, the project ensures the structural stability and operational continuity of all utility lines during seismic events, effectively preventing secondary hazards—such as water leakage, electrical faults, fires, or the obstruction of evacuation routes—caused by pipe ruptures, severed lines, or dislodged equipment. Ultimately, the project creates a safe and secure living environment for returning residents, effectively safeguarding lives, property, and social stability.
