Resettlement Housing Project for Plot GJ2010-114#B

Update:Feb 11,2026

This project involves the seismic bracing system installation for the resettlement housing complex at Plot GJ2010-114#B. It aims to ensure that the complex's electromechanical systems possess reliable seismic resilience, thereby safeguarding the safety of residents. The design strictly adheres to the *Code for Seismic Design of Building Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Systems* (GB 50981) and relevant residential construction standards. It entails detailed seismic support design and standardized installation for critical utility systems—including water supply and drainage, fire sprinkler networks, ventilation and smoke control, electrical systems, and intelligent low-voltage systems—across all buildings. By utilizing certified, high-quality seismic bracing products, the project ensures the structural stability and functional continuity of all pipelines and systems during seismic events. This effectively prevents secondary hazards such as water leakage, electrical fires, and the obstruction of escape routes caused by ruptured pipes, short circuits, or detached equipment, ultimately creating a safe and livable environment for returning residents and upholding social stability and public well-being.
