
This project is a special earthquake-resistant support project for a factory reconstruction and expansion project (production workshop reconstruction and expansion). In accordance with the "Seismic Design Code for Building Mechanical and Electrical Engineering" (GB50981-2014) and relevant standards for industrial plant renovation, comprehensive seismic reinforcement of new and existing electromechanical systems in the reconstruction and expansion area will be carried out.
The scope of the project covers fire protection systems, water supply and drainage, ventilation and dust removal ducts, power distribution bridges, process pipelines (such as compressed air, cooling circulating water), production equipment connecting pipelines and emergency lighting systems. Through professional seismic calculations and collaborative in-depth design of new and old systems, we provide a seismic support system with high adaptability and fatigue resistance, and carry out safe and standardized installation to ensure that all new and old pipeline equipment form a unified seismic system after reconstruction and expansion, prevent production interruptions, equipment damage, media leakage or safety accidents due to displacement and shedding, and ensure the operational safety and structural reliability of the workshop during the process of increasing production capacity.
