New Construction Project of Changzhou Zhifan School

Update:Feb 02,2026

This project entails the specialized design and installation of seismic bracing systems for the newly constructed Changzhou Zhifan School, aiming to comprehensively enhance the seismic resilience of the campus's mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) facilities. The design strictly adheres to current national standards—such as the *Code for Seismic Design of Building Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Systems* (GB 50981)—and involves detailed seismic support design and layout for pipeline systems including HVAC, water supply and drainage, fire sprinkler networks, and electrical cable trays. By utilizing certified, high-quality seismic bracing products and employing standardized installation procedures, the project ensures that all MEP systems remain securely connected and fully operational during a design-basis earthquake. This effectively prevents secondary hazards caused by system failure or the collapse of piping and equipment, thereby creating a safe and reliable educational environment for students and faculty while safeguarding lives, property, and post-earthquake emergency functionality.
