This project involves the professional design and installation of seismic bracing systems for the interdisciplinary laboratory building (Information Sciences) at the Jiangjun Road Campus of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. Given the building's complex functionality and the presence of extensive precision instruments and high-value research equipment, the stability requirements for its utility systems are exceptionally stringent. In strict accordance with the *Code for Seismic Design of Building Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Systems* (GB 50981-2014), the project entails systematic seismic analysis and reinforcement design for the building's HVAC, plumbing and drainage, fire protection, power and data cable trays, and piping for critical equipment. Through the implementation of high-standard seismic measures, the project aims to minimize earthquake-induced damage to mechanical and electrical systems, safeguard valuable laboratory equipment, ensure the continuity of research activities, and provide vital safety assurance for this core campus research facility.
