Intelligent Medical Device Manufacturing Base Project

This project involves the seismic bracing system for an intelligent medical device manufacturing facility. In accordance with the *Code for Seismic Design of Building Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Systems* (GB50981-2014) and relevant high-standard industry requirements, comprehensive seismic reinforcement is being implemented for the precision electromechanical systems and critical process piping within the production plant.


The project scope encompasses clean-room HVAC ductwork, specialty gas and high-purity water distribution systems, process vacuum piping, precision fire protection systems, electrical and automation cable trays, and auxiliary piping for large-scale production equipment. Through specialized detailed design and the use of high-standard seismic support products and installation techniques, the project ensures the stability of all piping and equipment during seismic events, thereby preventing production interruptions, product contamination, equipment damage, or safety incidents caused by displacement, vibration, or detachment. The core objective is to guarantee the continued safety and stability of the high-end medical device production environment while meeting rigorous industry regulatory and quality system requirements.
