Industrial IoT Practical Training Base Project for the Suzhou-Wuxi-Changzhou Metropolitan Area

Update:Jan 29,2026

As a high-standard training platform dedicated to intelligent manufacturing, the Industrial IoT Training Base in the Suzhou-Wuxi-Changzhou metropolitan area houses a vast array of precision instruments, data centers, and complex industrial piping systems, necessitating exceptional environmental stability and safety. In strict accordance with the *Code for Seismic Design of Building Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Systems* (GB 50981-2014), the project implemented systematic seismic bracing designs and reinforcements for HVAC systems, process piping, power and data cable trays, data center infrastructure, and connection lines for heavy-duty training equipment.

Utilizing professional simulation analysis and high-load, high-stability support components, this seismic protection system ensures the reliable anchoring of all critical pipelines and equipment to the building structure. Its core value lies in its ability—during a seismic event—to effectively limit pipeline oscillation and equipment displacement, thereby preventing damage to precision instruments, data interruptions, pipeline leaks, and electrical short circuits. This averts costly asset losses and the paralysis of essential teaching and training functions. Consequently, the system not only safeguards personnel safety but also preserves the base's operational continuity as a pivotal hub for talent development and industrial services, providing robust support for the resilient growth of the regional intelligent manufacturing ecosystem.
