
As a modern, high-end manufacturing base, the New Energy Intelligent Vehicle Industrial Park at Frontier Technology City features complex production processes and dense piping networks, necessitating exceptionally high standards for the continuity and safety of the production environment. This project strictly adheres to the *Code for Seismic Design of Building Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Systems* (GB 50981-2014) and other relevant standards, implementing high-performance seismic support systems across critical electromechanical installations—including power supply, HVAC, fire protection, process piping, and cable trays.
Developed through professional design and mechanical simulation, this seismic support system utilizes high-strength, corrosion-resistant materials to ensure the scientific layout and rigid reinforcement of piping and conduit networks. Its primary function is to securely anchor these complex networks to the building's main structure; in the event of an earthquake, the system effectively dissipates and transfers seismic energy, significantly limiting displacement and oscillation. This prevents secondary hazards such as pipe ruptures, cable breakage, and the collapse of air ducts. By directly safeguarding personnel and equipment and averting production stoppages caused by system failures, the seismic support system serves as vital infrastructure for ensuring the security of core assets and the operational resilience of the intelligent manufacturing plant.
