Xinpu Chemical (Taixing) Co., Ltd.'s 800,000-ton-per-year propane dehydrogenation to propylene project

Update:Jan 14,2026

This project involves the specialized seismic bracing installation for the 800,000-ton/year propane dehydrogenation (PDH) unit of Xinpu Chemical (Taixing) Co., Ltd. Comprehensive seismic reinforcement is being implemented for process piping and electromechanical systems across the production unit area, pipe racks, and auxiliary facilities, strictly adhering to the *Code for Seismic Design of Building Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Systems* (GB50981-2014) and the rigorous seismic standards of the chemical industry.

The project scope encompasses high-temperature and high-pressure reaction piping, pipelines for special materials, connections for heat exchange equipment, fire protection and sprinkler systems, instrument control cable trays, power supply lines, and emergency relief facilities. Through professional seismic analysis and detailed design tailored to the high-risk nature of chemical processes, the project delivers specialized seismic support systems that are resistant to high temperatures, corrosion, and fatigue. High-standard construction and installation techniques—adapted for explosion-proof environments—ensure the stability of all pipelines and equipment under complex operating conditions and seismic events. These measures prevent leaks, equipment damage, cascading shutdowns, or safety accidents caused by displacement or vibration, thereby guaranteeing the inherent safety and continuous, stable operation of the large-scale chemical facility.
