Wuhan Community College Phase II Expansion Project

Update:Feb 03,2026

This project involves the seismic bracing system installation for the Phase II expansion of Wuhan Community College, aiming to comprehensively enhance the seismic safety performance of the electromechanical systems in the newly constructed teaching and training facilities. The design strictly adheres to the *Code for Seismic Design of Building Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Systems* (GB 50981) and relevant national and local standards, incorporating detailed seismic support designs for various systems—including HVAC, plumbing and drainage, fire protection, electrical, and intelligent building networks. By utilizing compliant, high-quality seismic support and hanger products and implementing standardized installation procedures, the project ensures the structural stability and functional continuity of all electromechanical piping and equipment during seismic events. This effectively mitigates secondary hazards and safety risks caused by equipment damage or collapse, thereby creating a safe and reliable learning environment for faculty and students while safeguarding campus operations and the safety of lives and property.
