This project involves the specialized installation of seismic bracing systems for a high-standard industrial facility expansion covering approximately 46,000 square meters. In strict accordance with the *Code for Seismic Design of Building Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Systems* (GB50981-2014) and the construction requirements for high-standard industrial plants, comprehensive seismic reinforcement is being implemented for various mechanical and electrical systems and critical process piping within the new facility.
The scope of work encompasses fire sprinkler systems, water supply and drainage, HVAC systems, high- and low-voltage power distribution cable trays, automation control lines, specialized production equipment piping (e.g., compressed air, cooling water, and vacuum systems), exhaust treatment ductwork, and energy monitoring lines. Through professional seismic analysis and detailed design tailored to the facility's spatial layout, custom high-load, vibration-resistant seismic support systems are provided and installed using standardized, precision techniques. These measures ensure the structural stability of all piping and equipment under dynamic production loads and seismic events, preventing production interruptions, equipment damage, media leakage, or safety accidents caused by displacement or detachment, thereby safeguarding the operational safety, production continuity, and process reliability of this high-standard manufacturing environment.
