This project involves the specialized installation of seismic bracing for the Kangzhuang Yayuan residential development. Comprehensive seismic reinforcement of the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) piping and conduit systems within the residential buildings is being carried out in strict accordance with the *Code for Seismic Design of Building Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Systems* (GB50981-2014) and relevant residential construction standards.
The scope of work encompasses key systems such as fire sprinkler networks, water supply and drainage piping, ventilation and smoke control facilities, power and low-voltage cable trays, as well as emergency lighting and communication conduits. Through professional seismic analysis and detailed design tailored to the building layout, a safe and reliable seismic support system is provided. Standardized installation ensures the overall stability of all piping and equipment during seismic events, effectively preventing system failures, secondary disasters, and safety hazards caused by displacement or detachment. This approach safeguards the lives and property of residents while enhancing the residential project's overall seismic resilience and living quality.
