What are the components of seismic bracing and support systems?

Update:Jan 15,2026

Seismic bracing assemblies consist of structural anchors, reinforcement hanger rods, diagonal braces, and seismic connectors. The distance between the connection point of the hanger rod to the pipeline and the connection point of the diagonal brace to the pipeline must not exceed 0.1 m; hanger rods must be reinforced as necessary. If two opposing rigid seismic braces are installed at the same location, the hanger rod may be omitted. To account for seismic loads, the hanger rods and structural anchors of rigid seismic braces must be oversized, ensuring that their maximum load-bearing capacity exceeds the calculated seismic force.
